These terms apply to all enquiries, quotations and bookings made with Vivid Yatra through our website, phone, email or WhatsApp.
2.Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance payment and issue a written confirmation.
- 25% advance to confirm
- Balance payable 15 days before departure
- Prices are subject to availability until confirmed
3.Traveller responsibilities
Travellers must carry valid ID and travel documents, follow local laws and respect the rules of hotels and monuments.
4.Changes to itineraries
Itineraries may change due to weather, road conditions, strikes or government orders. We will always offer the closest suitable alternative.
5.Limitation of liability
Vivid Yatra acts as an agent for hotels, transporters and other suppliers and is not liable for their acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control.
6.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in New Delhi.
